Hi, I'm Hannah Greig, Registered Nutritional Therapist, founder of Naturally Well by Hannah, and creator of the Healthy Hormone Mastery Program.

My passion for women's health began after overcoming years of debilitating period pain, hormonal symptoms, acne, insomnia, and PMS through nutrition and lifestyle changes. What started as my own healing journey quickly became a mission to help other women understand that their symptoms are not random and their bodies are not broken.

In 2020, I launched the Healthy Hormone Mastery Program to help women balance their hormones naturally. It didn't take long before I began noticing a troubling pattern.

Women in perimenopause and menopause were falling through the cracks.

They were being told that weight gain, exhaustion, anxiety, insomnia, brain fog, low libido, digestive issues, and feeling disconnected from themselves were simply part of getting older. Many were offered very few options beyond "just live with it" or "take this medication."

I knew there had to be a better way.

After working with hundreds of women and seeing the tremendous need for education, support, and practical strategies during this stage of life, Menopause Mastery was born.

This program was created to bridge the gap.

To provide women with the education, tools, and confidence they need to understand what is happening inside their bodies and support themselves naturally through one of the most significant transitions of their lives.
